Andy Reid, the head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs, has been the subject of years’ worth of rumors and conjecture.
Having won four Super Bowls in the last five seasons, Reid, 65, is a familiar figure in the NFL world. Reid, though, has never fanned those flames, regularly telling reporters that he still enjoys coaching and hadn’t given retirement much thought. Reid has now given a little more detail on the origins of his retirement mindset.
Using a story from his parents to illustrate his retirement philosophy, Reid gave an explanation of why he wasn’t thinking about retiring on The Rich Eisen Show. Eisen questioned Reid about whether he had ever considered resigning following the .
