The 6-foot-3 prospect out of Huron High School (Michigan) announced his decision on Monday, becoming the first player to commit to T.J. Otzelberger’s 2025 recruiting class.
Moore is a 3-star recruit, ranked by 247Sports Composite. He is the No. 3 player in Michigan, No. 30 point guard in the country and a top-200 player nationwide.
The Cyclones offered Moore in October 2023. He chose Iowa State over offers from Central Michigan, Eastern Michigan, Louisville, Toledo and Western Michigan.
Moore helped Huron to a 23-5 overall record in his junior season, according to MaxPreps. Huron made it to the state semifinal, where it lost to Orchard Lake St. Mary’s on March 15.
